What It Is

What Are Industrial Fabrication Services?

Industrial fabrication creates the physical structures and assemblies that hold, protect, and connect process equipment.

The approved design establishes:

✓ Dimensions
✓ Materials
✓ Component locations
✓ Connection requirements
✓ Inspection criteria

01

Custom Skids & Assemblies

AES builds skid-mounted and other custom assemblies around the equipment arrangement and project documentation. Scope can include structural supports, mounted components, tubing, wiring, and defined interfaces for field connection.

02

Stainless Steel Enclosures & Cabinets

Custom stainless steel housings can be fabricated around equipment dimensions, access requirements, environmental exposure, and specified construction details. Material grade and any required enclosure rating must be defined for the application.

The Complete Project

Fabrication That Supports the Complete Project

A well-defined fabrication package makes the next work stage easier to plan. Field connection points, lifting or handling requirements, inspection access, documentation, and shipment preparation should be considered before the assembly is complete.

Why AES

Why Choose AES for Custom Fabrication?

AES brings fabrication and analytical system requirements into the same project discussion. The team can work with customer-specified components and project documentation while coordinating additional procurement and assembly activities within the agreed scope.

This approach supports customers who need a complete custom assembly as well as those who already have the design and need a fabrication resource to execute it.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Mounting panel, stainless cabinet and skid frame on a fabrication shop floor Ask us anything →

Can AES fabricate from our drawings?

Yes. Provide the approved drawings, bill of materials, component requirements, and inspection criteria. Any missing design information should be resolved before fabrication is released.

Can we supply the components?

Customer-supplied components can be included. AES can also coordinate sourcing of specified equipment when procurement is part of the project scope.

Are testing and documentation included?

They are defined by the proposal and project requirements. Pressure, leak, electrical, functional, or customer acceptance activities should be identified along with the records required at delivery.
