Analytical, Sampling & Industrial Support Services

Choose the Service That Matches Your Next Project Decision

AES's service framework supports new process analytical and sampling packages, existing-system improvements, custom fabrication, and field work. Start with the outcome you need: a defined design basis, a built assembly, an installed system, or a practical plan for maintaining the equipment already in place.

Five entry points, each scoped around the equipment, conditions and responsibilities involved.

Integrated process analyzer system
01

Process Analytical Integration

For projects centered on an analytical package, bring the analyzer together with sample conditioning, switching and calibration components, environmental protection, controls, and supporting structures. The scope can range from a focused assembly to a complete fabricated analyzer package.

02

Grab Sampling Capabilities

AES supports closed-loop applications, design and fabrication, installation, upgrades, and annual reliability programs that connect inspection, reporting, repair, and operator training.

03

Field Services & Installations

For work at the facility, define the installation and service activities required to connect and support analytical equipment. Scope can include analyzer placement, sample-system changes, heated tube bundles, conduit and electrical work, startup coordination, and planned maintenance.

04

Fabrication Services

For a custom physical assembly, work from specified drawings and components to define the required skid, structure, cabinet, panel, rack, or instrument package. Fabrication can include agreed mechanical, tubing, electrical, inspection, and delivery-preparation activities.

05

Field Asset Studies

For an existing-system question or an early project decision, establish what is installed and what needs to happen next. Studies can support surveys, system assessments, maintainability reviews, installation scopes, bills of materials, and budget development.

Starting Point

Not Sure Where to Start?

Match your situation to the service group that fits it first.

01

You Have Drawings and Need a Package Built

Approved drawings beside a partially built analyzer package

Start with fabrication or analytical integration. Share the approved design, component list, quantities, required checks, and delivery requirements.

02

You Have an Existing Problem but No Defined Solution

Technician examining a leaking fitting on an older sample system

Start with a field asset study or service discussion. Provide the symptoms, equipment details, operating history, and available drawings so the next step can be scoped around evidence.

03

You Need to Install or Modify Equipment Onsite

Start with field services. The installation location, existing interfaces, access rules, and work window help determine whether a preliminary walkdown is needed.

04

You Need a More Structured Sampling Maintenance Plan

Start with the sampling reliability program. Define the stations to be covered, the current service history, and the reporting and operator-support needs.

Why AES

Why Choose AES?

AES connects equipment and assembly requirements with the realities of field installation and ongoing service. The goal is a clear project scope that accounts for supporting equipment, practical access, documentation, and the handoffs between work stages.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Engineer explaining service options to a plant team Ask us anything →

Can one project include more than one service group?

Yes. A project may begin with an assessment and continue through fabrication and installation. Each stage should have defined deliverables, responsibilities, and approval requirements.

Does AES need a complete specification to begin a discussion?

No. Share what is available and identify the decision you need to make. Missing information can be captured as part of scope development rather than assumed.

Are design and commissioning always included?

No. These responsibilities are defined separately where required. A fabrication or installation scope does not automatically include every design, configuration, startup, or acceptance activity.
