What It Is
What Does Analyzer Electrical Installation Include?
An analytical package can require power circuits, instrument signals, communication connections, grounding or bonding provisions, and protective raceways.
An analytical package can require:
Capabilities
Conduit and Electrical Installation Capabilities
Four parts of an electrical scope, from the cable route to the checks before energization.
Conduit and Cable Route Coordination
Field routing considers connection locations, access, supports, existing infrastructure, and the separation requirements of the specified circuits. Drawing discrepancies and route obstructions should be addressed before installation quantities are finalized.
Power and Instrument Connections
The installation scope can include specified power and signal connections for analyzers and supporting equipment. Cable requirements, entry methods, and terminations are determined by the approved electrical design.
Identification and Connection Records
Consistent equipment and conductor identification supports installation checks and later maintenance. The required records should be defined in advance so the field team knows what documentation must accompany handover.
Agreed Electrical Checks
Inspection and testing follow the approved procedure for the equipment and circuits involved. The scope should identify who performs and witnesses checks, how exceptions are recorded, and what is required before energization.
Site Requirements
Built Around Site Electrical Requirements
Provide electrical drawings, load and signal information, equipment instructions, site standards, and hazardous-area requirements where applicable. Installation methods must be suitable for the location; this page does not imply blanket authorization for every jurisdiction or classified area.
Where the electrical scope is part of a larger analyzer project, coordinate it with mechanical completion and commissioning to establish a practical handoff sequence.

Why AES
Why Choose AES for Analyzer Electrical Installation?
AES approaches electrical connections in the context of the analytical system they support. Power and signals are coordinated with sample handling, utilities, and the installed equipment rather than treated as disconnected work packages.

Does this service include controls programming?
Only when specifically included. Conduit and electrical installation is a physical field scope; programming, configuration, network integration, and functional testing should be separately defined.
Can electrical work be performed in a classified area?
Project acceptance depends on the location, equipment approvals, personnel requirements, applicable licensing, and site procedures. Provide the classification documentation during scope development so the requirements can be reviewed.
Is energization included?
Energization requires the owner's authorization and completion of the agreed prerequisites. Responsibility for switching, permits, inspection, and startup should be established before the work begins.
