Capabilities

Analyzer System Fabrication Capabilities

AES supports projects ranging from compact analytical assemblies to larger panel-, rack-, cabinet-, enclosure-, and skid-mounted systems.

01

Component Procurement

AES can coordinate the sourcing of analyzers, instrumentation, valves, fittings, controls, and other specified components. We can also fabricate systems using equipment supplied or selected by the customer. Consolidating procurement and fabrication through a single resource can reduce the demands placed on the customer’s internal purchasing, inventory, and production teams.

Mechanical Fabrication and Assembly

Our team assembles gas and fluid systems according to the project drawings and specifications. This may include mounting equipment, installing tubing and fittings, integrating valves and flow-control components, and assembling the supporting panel, rack, enclosure, or skid.

Electrical and Control Integration

When included in the project scope, AES can incorporate electrical components, controllers, programmable logic controllers, and related process automation equipment into the analyzer package. Electrical and control components are assembled according to the supplied system design, equipment requirements, and specified installation environment.

System Testing

Completed gas and fluid assemblies can be pressure tested to verify leak-tight integrity. Additional electrical, operational, or functional testing may be performed when defined by the project requirements. AES can also coordinate customer inspections and acceptance testing before the completed system is prepared for shipment.

Build-to-Print

Build-to-Print Analyzer Systems

AES can fabricate analyzer systems from customer-provided drawings, bills of material, component specifications, and testing procedures.

Our build-to-print capabilities provide an option for engineering firms, system designers, original equipment manufacturers, and plant operators that have an approved design but need additional fabrication expertise or production capacity.

AES can support:

✓ Customer-designed analyzer packages
✓ Project-specific custom systems
✓ Prototype assemblies
✓ Repeat production builds
✓ Preassembled subsystems
✓ Overflow production
✓ Large projects with compressed production schedules

Level of Support

Turnkey Packages and Preassembled Subsystems

Not every project requires the same level of fabrication support. AES can provide an individual subsystem for integration into a larger project or fabricate a complete analyzer package. This flexibility lets customers choose the level of support that best fits their engineering resources, production schedule, and installation plan.

Discuss Turnkey Fabrication →
✓ An individual subsystem for a larger project
✓ Preassembled subsystems, pressure tested and ready to incorporate
✓ A complete analyzer package
✓ Turnkey scope: procurement, assembly, testing, acceptance, and delivery

Added Capacity

Flexible Production Capacity

Outsourcing analyzer system fabrication can help organizations increase production without adding permanent personnel, equipment, inventory, or facility overhead.

Discuss Added Capacity →

AES can supplement existing production resources when:

01 Internal fabrication capacity is limited
02 A project requires specialized assembly experience
03 A large contract creates a temporary production increase
04 Project schedules require additional resources
05 Repeat systems must be produced consistently
06 A custom or one-of-a-kind system is outside routine production

Industrial Applications

Fabrication for Industrial Applications

Our experience includes customized analytical, gas, fluid, pneumatic, electrical, and process automation assemblies. This range allows AES to support projects involving multiple interconnected disciplines within a single analyzer package.

01 Refining
02 Petrochemical Processing
03 Oil and Gas
04 Power Generation
05 Emissions Monitoring

Disciplines:

Analytical Gas Fluid Pneumatic Electrical Process automation
